The First Batch of Provincial-Level Star-Rated Industrial Parks in Zhejiang Province
Introduction: The Zhejiang Zhenen Environmental Protection Industrial Park covers an area of 155 mu and has a total construction area of 200,000 square meters. It is equipped with 130 high-end electroplating production lines and can accommodate up to 60 upstream manufacturing enterprises. Currently, the park’s annual electricity consumption stands at 63.25 million kWh, averaging 200,000 kWh per day. Saiwei Digital Energy has developed a customized energy storage solution for the park. The project features a total of 56 Saiwei S1 commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets, with an installed capacity of 5.6 MW/11.2 MWh. These systems can shift peak demand to off-peak hours by approximately 23,000 kWh per day, effectively addressing the “power restrictions” caused by summer peak electricity demand, reducing production losses for businesses, helping enterprises smoothly navigate the summer peak period, and ensuring a stable power supply.
Introduction: The project’s core functionality is arbitrage based on peak-to-valley price differences, optimizing electricity costs through two charging and two discharging cycles each day. It also implements demand-side management to precisely control the maximum power consumption, thereby reducing basic electricity charges. Meanwhile, the system can serve as a backup power source for critical equipment within the plant, enhancing the reliability of the production power supply. The commissioning of this project has brought direct economic benefits to Guangda Electroplating, effectively smoothing out electricity load fluctuations. It represents a successful demonstration of refined energy management using user-side energy storage in typical continuous-production industrial enterprises.

Introduction: After a thorough analysis of Chiyeh Shoe Industry’s energy needs and current situation, SAV has tailored a commercial and industrial energy storage solution specifically for Chiyeh—building and installing a 500kW/1,000kWh energy storage power station. The energy storage power station consists primarily of five 100kW/200kWh SAV commercial and industrial outdoor energy storage cabinets. These cabinets feature advanced lithium-battery technology and an intelligent management system, offering high energy conversion efficiency and precise charge-discharge control capabilities. By employing a peak-shaving and valley-filling strategy, the system automatically charges during periods of low grid electricity prices and releases stored energy during peak price periods or times of high enterprise electricity consumption, thereby effectively reducing the company’s electricity costs.

Introduction: This project addresses the frequent power outages that textile enterprises in Southeast Asia face by deploying a 1 MW/2 MWh energy storage system. The system integrates highly reliable lithium‑iron‑phosphate batteries with an intelligent control unit, with the primary goal of providing continuous, stable power to support production. Its key function is to serve as an uninterruptible emergency power source, enabling millisecond‑level switching during grid outages to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical processes—such as dyeing and finishing—thereby preventing batch rejections and equipment damage. In addition, the system leverages local time‑of‑use electricity pricing to engage in daily charge‑discharge arbitrage, directly reducing energy costs.
Introduction: In response to the significant risks posed by unstable power grids in Southeast Asia to continuous production, Saiwei Digital Energy has custom-built a 2.7 MW/5.4 MWh energy storage power station for a large textile enterprise. As a benchmark industrial energy-storage project in the region, its core mission is to ensure absolute power supply reliability for critical production lines. The system employs high-safety, long-life lithium iron phosphate batteries and is equipped with an intelligent energy management system, delivering multiple benefits: First and foremost, it serves as a massive “uninterruptible power supply” for the plant, seamlessly stepping in during sudden grid outages to keep core processes such as dyeing and finishing running continuously, thereby preventing batch-level losses. At the same time, by fully leveraging local electricity pricing policies, the system enables large-scale peak-valley arbitrage and demand-side management, significantly reducing overall energy costs.
