Introduction: In response to Tiancheng Zikong’s electricity demand, SAV installed five outdoor energy storage cabinets—each with a capacity of 100 kW/200 kWh—for them. These energy storage cabinets feature advanced lithium-battery technology and an intelligent management system, offering high energy conversion efficiency and precise charge-discharge control capabilities. By implementing a peak-shaving and valley-filling strategy, they automatically charge during off-peak hours and discharge during peak hours to supply power to production equipment, effectively alleviating the company’s electricity load pressure.
Introduction: Addressing the pain points of enterprises, SAV has developed a customized energy storage system tailored specifically for them. This system not only effectively addresses voltage fluctuations and power outages but also enables optimized energy allocation and significant reductions in energy consumption and emissions. Thanks to real-time monitoring and intelligent control provided by the energy storage system, Hengxin Valve Industry has seen a marked improvement in power quality, and the operational stability of its production equipment has been effectively ensured.
Introduction: Since the project went into operation, the company has significantly reduced its unit energy consumption costs by smoothing peak loads and optimizing load management, effectively mitigating the impact of electricity fluctuations on production. The system can save approximately 1.48 million yuan in electricity costs each year, with cumulative benefits reaching 22.8 million yuan over its entire lifecycle. It has also effectively lowered peak-period costs and reduced equipment downtime losses caused by power fluctuations.
Introduction: The project installed a total of seven energy storage units. Thanks to the application of SAV’s commercial and industrial energy storage system, the company has achieved remarkable results in terms of economic benefits, dynamic capacity expansion, and backup power supply.
Introduction: Located in Shanghai, this project aims to provide stable and efficient energy management and optimization services for the Leshen Industrial and Trade Park. The project employs advanced lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage technology and is equipped with an intelligent energy management system (EMS), enabling smart storage and dispatch of electrical energy. Its core functions include peak-valley arbitrage—charging during periods of low electricity prices and discharging during peak hours—thus significantly reducing enterprises’ electricity costs; demand-side response, which smooths the park’s load curve and alleviates pressure on the power grid; and serving as an emergency backup power source to enhance power supply reliability.

Introduction: For this paper company, the value of energy storage goes far beyond simply “preventing power outages”: When the grid goes down, it can seamlessly switch over to backup power, ensuring uninterrupted production; during peak electricity demand, it can dynamically increase capacity, reducing the load on transformers and avoiding the risk of power restrictions; even more importantly, it can help lower electricity costs by taking advantage of price differentials. According to calculations, the project can generate nearly 400,000 yuan in electricity tariff revenue in its first year alone. Combined with the 1 million-yuan subsidy for user-side energy storage provided by Henan Province, the total revenue over 16 years will exceed 8 million yuan.

This project not only brings substantial economic benefits to Qiaonan Industrial Co., Ltd., enhancing its electricity self-sufficiency and reliability, but also successfully demonstrates the feasibility and immense value of large-scale application of digital energy technologies in the industrial sector by smoothing power demand peaks and promoting the integration of renewable energy sources. As such, the project serves as a positive model for driving the green transformation of industrial and commercial users in the region.

The First Batch of Provincial-Level Star-Rated Industrial Parks in Zhejiang Province
Introduction: The Zhejiang Zhenen Environmental Protection Industrial Park covers an area of 155 mu and has a total construction area of 200,000 square meters. It is equipped with 130 high-end electroplating production lines and can accommodate up to 60 upstream manufacturing enterprises. Currently, the park’s annual electricity consumption stands at 63.25 million kWh, averaging 200,000 kWh per day. Saiwei Digital Energy has developed a customized energy storage solution for the park. The project features a total of 56 Saiwei S1 commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets, with an installed capacity of 5.6 MW/11.2 MWh. These systems can shift peak demand to off-peak hours by approximately 23,000 kWh per day, effectively addressing the “power restrictions” caused by summer peak electricity demand, reducing production losses for businesses, helping enterprises smoothly navigate the summer peak period, and ensuring a stable power supply.
Introduction: The project’s core functionality is arbitrage based on peak-to-valley price differences, optimizing electricity costs through two charging and two discharging cycles each day. It also implements demand-side management to precisely control the maximum power consumption, thereby reducing basic electricity charges. Meanwhile, the system can serve as a backup power source for critical equipment within the plant, enhancing the reliability of the production power supply. The commissioning of this project has brought direct economic benefits to Guangda Electroplating, effectively smoothing out electricity load fluctuations. It represents a successful demonstration of refined energy management using user-side energy storage in typical continuous-production industrial enterprises.
