Introduction: The energy storage project designed and commissioned by Saiwei Digital Energy for Heshan Weiyе has a capacity of 0.4 MW/0.8 MWh. The project’s core function is to enable large-scale arbitrage between peak and off-peak electricity prices, significantly reducing enterprises’ electricity costs. Through sophisticated demand management, the system effectively controls peak load and reduces basic electricity charges. Meanwhile, the system can participate in grid demand-side response, enhancing the region’s power regulation capabilities, and serves as an emergency power source for critical loads within the plant site, ensuring continuous production.

After thoroughly understanding the company’s needs, SAV tailored a comprehensive energy storage solution specifically for it, enabling peak-shaving and valley-filling of electricity consumption. This has effectively reduced the company’s electricity costs, provided a stable power supply, ensured the continuity and stability of production, and improved both product quality and production efficiency.
Introduction: This project addresses the frequent power outage challenges faced by textile enterprises in Southeast Asia by installing a 1 MW/2 MWh energy storage system. The system integrates highly reliable lithium iron phosphate batteries with an intelligent control unit, with the core purpose of providing a continuous and stable power supply for production. The system’s primary function is to serve as an uninterruptible emergency power source, enabling millisecond-level switchover in the event of a grid failure, thereby ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical production processes—such as dyeing and shaping—and preventing batch rejects and equipment damage. At the same time, the system leverages local peak-to-valley electricity pricing to engage in daily charge-discharge arbitrage, directly reducing electricity costs.
Introduction: In response to the significant risks posed by unstable power grids in Southeast Asia to continuous production, Saiwei Digital Energy has custom-built a 2.7 MW/5.4 MWh energy storage power station for a large textile enterprise. As a benchmark industrial energy-storage project in the region, its core mission is to ensure absolute power supply reliability for critical production lines. The system employs high-safety, long-life lithium iron phosphate batteries and is equipped with an intelligent energy management system, delivering multiple benefits: First and foremost, it serves as a massive “uninterruptible power supply” for the plant, seamlessly stepping in during sudden grid outages to keep core processes such as dyeing and finishing running continuously, thereby preventing batch-level losses. At the same time, by fully leveraging local electricity pricing policies, the system enables large-scale peak-valley arbitrage and demand-side management, significantly reducing overall energy costs.
