Solutions and Products
Introduction: As a leading enterprise in the manufacturing of architectural and decorative materials, Bell Home consumes over 36 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, with annual electricity expenses exceeding 24 million yuan—a significantly high electricity cost. SAV has tailored a distributed energy storage power station solution specifically for Bell Home. By adopting a “two-charge, two-discharge” operational model, this solution enables arbitrage between peak and off-peak electricity prices, thereby maximizing economic benefits. Not only does this solution effectively balance Bell Home’s electricity demand and reduce electricity costs, but it also markedly enhances the reliability and stability of power supply within the industrial park.
Introduction: In recent years, the ceramics industry—a sector characterized by high energy consumption—has faced significant challenges, including substantial pressure from electricity costs and increasing demands for stable power supply. This project addresses these challenges by storing energy during periods of low electricity prices and discharging it during peak demand times, thereby effectively reducing electricity costs. At the same time, it serves as a backup power source, ensuring continuous production and minimizing losses caused by power outages.

Introduction: By adopting a “two-charging, two-discharging” operational model, the project achieves arbitrage between peak and off-peak electricity prices, maximizing economic benefits. It effectively balances the power demand within the plant area, reduces electricity costs, and significantly enhances the reliability and stability of power supply.
Introduction: Once a polymer material production line is started, it needs to operate continuously and stably. Any sudden power outage or voltage fluctuation could cause the materials to solidify and clog the system, resulting in scrapped raw materials, significant losses, and disruptions to on-time deliveries. After the SAV smart energy storage system is connected to the grid, it can seamlessly switch over to backup power during unexpected power outages while also stabilizing the voltage. This effectively reduces unnecessary losses caused by sudden risks and ensures the stable and efficient operation of the production line.
Introduction: This project has enhanced the energy efficiency of the Nigel Civic Center, reduced carbon emissions, set a benchmark for green development, and provided South Africa and neighboring regions with valuable experience and demonstrations in sustainable energy applications, thereby promoting the widespread adoption and development of green energy technologies.
Medical device
China’s first and the world’s second electrochemiluminescence company.
Introduction: Given the medical industry’s reliance on highly precise equipment and its stringent requirements for power stability and continuity, the system serves primarily as a highly reliable backup power source, ensuring that core R&D equipment and critical production processes continue to operate smoothly even during grid fluctuations or outages, thereby preventing data loss and mitigating production risks. At the same time, by implementing a “two-charge, two-discharge” strategy, the system achieves refined peak-valley arbitrage, effectively reducing operational costs.
