Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the hardware circuit design of energy storage systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, magnetic component calculation, and loss analysis.
2. Select appropriate electronic components based on system requirements and evaluate their performance and cost.
3. Responsible for completing simulation and verification of the hardware design, ensuring that the design meets functional and performance requirements.
4. Responsible for hardware version control, tracking design changes, and ensuring technical consistency throughout the product iteration process.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for hardware failures, propose improvement measures, and verify their effectiveness.
6. Enhance hardware efficiency, reliability, and EMC performance by optimizing circuit design, component selection, or layout and wiring.
7. Produce hardware design documents to support manufacturing and maintenance.

 

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electronic Information, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in hardware development; preference given to candidates with a background in new energy fields such as energy storage and photovoltaics.
3. Have led or participated in the development of at least two complete hardware projects and are familiar with the entire process—from scheme design to mass production.
4. Proficient in key technologies for hardware design and familiar with relevant industry standards.
5. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication is preferred.

Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the requirements of the energy storage system, select appropriate processors, sensors, and electronic components, design the hardware architecture, and complete the schematic review.
2. Responsible for the software architecture design of the energy storage control system, including module division, interface definition, and communication protocol design.
3. Write low-level driver code to enable interaction between hardware and software, supporting functions such as sensor data acquisition and device control.
4. Use C/C++ to write efficient and reliable embedded code, implementing control strategies, communication protocols, and fault diagnosis functions.
5. Use debugging tools to identify and resolve hardware-software compatibility issues and optimize system performance.
6. Analyze test data, identify software defects, propose improvement plans, and verify their effectiveness.
7. Track technological trends in the energy storage industry and study the feasibility of applying new technologies to projects.

 

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in embedded systems development; preference given to candidates with a background in new energy fields such as energy storage, photovoltaics, wind power, and electric vehicles.
3. Have led or participated in the development of at least two complete energy storage projects and are familiar with the entire process—from scheme design to mass production.
4. Proficient in key technologies for embedded software development and familiar with relevant industry standards.
5. Proficient in C/C++ programming, familiar with data structures and algorithms, and possessing excellent coding style and modular design skills.
6. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication is preferred.
