SAV has localized service centers in every region, offering real-time after-sales support and providing solutions within 24 hours when you encounter any malfunctions.

How is the revenue from peak-shaving and valley-filling calculated?

Each of SAV’s power stations is equipped with metering meters approved by the grid company. Real-time data is collected via remote meter-reading devices, and a monthly electricity bill detailing your revenue is sent to you, ensuring that you receive accurate information on your monthly electricity earnings.

What is SAV’s O&M frequency?

The project has dedicated operations and maintenance personnel who are online 24 hours a day. Colleagues will arrange for operations and maintenance staff to conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual power station inspections, and ensure standardized operations and maintenance according to requirements. For power stations located in harsh operating environments, monthly operations and maintenance will be carried out.
