Following an in-depth assessment of the production line conditions, energy consumption structure, and local electricity pricing policies, SAV provided a tailor-made “peak shaving and valley filling + power quality optimization” energy storage solution. Without altering the existing power infrastructure, the system enables the company to lower operating costs, boost efficiency, and strengthen overall system resilience.

Project Overview: Integrated, Scalable Solution

The project is deployed at the client’s main production facility, adopting SAV’s fully integrated commercial and industrial energy storage system. The installation comprises 15 SAV commercial and industrial storage cabinets, delivering a total capacity of 1.5 MW/3 MWh, and flexibly supporting the diverse load demands typical of precision manufacturing environments.

The system is powered by SAV’s independently developed Storage Angel S1, which delivers superior energy efficiency within a compact footprint. With exceptional dispatch flexibility and stable grid connectivity, the solution precisely addresses key scenarios in electronic component manufacturing—such as peak shaving for cost control, emergency power supply, and voltage stabilization—effectively alleviating peak load pressures and improving equipment operational reliability.

The project is also integrated with the SAV E-Treasure Smart Cloud Platform, which establishes a digitalized operation and maintenance system encompassing real-time equipment monitoring, strategic management, and intelligent early warning. This enables round-the-clock, visualized energy management and supports the company in building a safer, smarter, and more sustainable energy use model.

Tangible Results: A Model for Smart, Low-Carbon Manufacturing

Since its commissioning, the project has helped the company significantly lower unit energy costs and mitigate the impact of power fluctuations on production through peak shaving and load optimization.

According to projections:
- The system is expected to save approximately RMB 1.48 million in annual electricity costs;
- The total cumulative benefit over its lifecycle is projected to reach RMB 22.8 million.

The solution effectively reduces peak-period costs and minimizes equipment downtime losses due to power instability.

In addition, the project’s storage solution meets certification requirements for “green factory” and low-carbon emissions during goods export, providing robust support for the company’s international market expansion.
